Our approach

Meka Solutions uses a combination of theories and techniques to guide you towards resolution of your concerns. These theories and techniques are primarily taken from Psychology and Social Work. While a number of theoretical paradigms influence our counseling approach, key theories used include:

• Cognitive behavioural therapy which looks at how thoughts influence our behaviour
• Family systems theory which looks at how we fit and interact with our family structures.
• Ecological theory which considers how we fit and interact with the many environments we come into contact with.
